I run my customer support via a community forum. I allow up to 7MB file size and I allow the following file types: (jpg,gif,html,htm,php,txt,png,xml,bmp,css,ico,sql,inc,tpl,cf g,js,mid,swf). I am flexible and will add to these upon request.

Note that I am not new to this…I ran a service called 007webpro a while back and due to differences of opinion with my old partner, I sold it. Now 007webpro is defunct and there is no support…this is not how I do business. Now I am starting 007sites.com on my own servers and running it my way. I also run the pro-forums family of free phpbb hosting and you can drop by the support forum there to see how I treat my customers.
